A.C.T. Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning in the Southwest Michigan area. All of A.C.T. Commercial services are customizable as we believe every client and their needs are specific to them. We offer one-time cleanings as well as recurring packages.
Residential Cleaning
Bedrooms

Declutter/organize.

Dusting and cleaning corners, walls and all baseboards.

Make bed (with fresh linens if provided)

Vacuum floor.

Doors, light fixtures, ceiling fans cleaned.

Living Room

All objects are dusted, cleaned and organized

Clean walls of any dirt, cobwebs, etc.

Clean all baseboards

Vacuum furniture and floors (if carpeted)

Hardwood floors and laminate are swept

Floors are mopped

Doors, light fixtures, ceiling fans cleaned.
Bathrooms

Sink, shower, toilet, bathtub are all cleaned/sanitized.

All mirrors are cleaned.

Stainless steal is cleaned and shined.

Floors are swept and then mopped.

Clean and sanitize/disinfect all faucets

Kitchen

All appliances are sprayed down first so they have time to soak.

Microwave, stove top/range hood, countertops, cupboards and sinks all get sanitized and cleaned.

All stainless steel appliances are cleaned and shined.

Floor is swept and mopped.
Commercial Cleaning
When it comes to commercial cleaning, every job is quite different, and we customize our work accordingly. However, you can be sure our work is extremely detailed and thorough and a majority of jobs include or can include the below:

Bathrooms fully cleaned and sanitized

Desks cleaned and sanitized

Floors swept and mopped

Cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas (kitchen, conference rooms, etc.)

Trash bins emptied
Cancellation Policy
If service is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, OR we are unable to access the home upon arrival, OR we are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to half the service price will be charged.
Additionally, for clients who are locked into our schedule on a monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, etc. basis, must provide a 30-day notice if they wish to terminate their service.
